Landlord Gas Safety Checks are an important annual inspection. Aswell as being a legal requirement, having the correct documentaton in place and readily available, promotes your interest in your tennants well-being.

 

APJ Lawson not only offers Landlord safety checks but can also arrange access to your property directly

with tenants or collect keys if required.

 

Once the safety check is complete, we will email or post a copy of your certificate and invoice to you, whichever is your prefered choice. In addition, we will diarise your property and contact you prior to your annual renewal date, to ensure your property continues to conform to legal requirements.
